Dakota Tube is ISO 9001:2008 registered for the fabrication and plating of hydraulic and mechanical tubing. In addition, all of our suppliers are either ISO registered or have been certified by our quality group. All of our processes are strictly controlled by comprehensive process control plans.

We use state-of-the-art testing equipment to prove our processes, test our parts and to ensure that your parts are consistently delivered to your expectations. Some of our testing includes:

• Non-contact coordinate measurement
• Go / no-go gauge measurement and optical comparator inspection
• Static pressure testing / leak testing
• Tube ID boroscope camera
• Salt spray and humidity testing
• Plating thickness tests / atomic absorption testing
• Gravimetric analysis for foreign particles
• Checklist set-up verifications by certified operators
• Poka yoke mistake proofing

We also offer initial sample inspection reports (ISIR)s to ensure that our production runs are meeting your expectations.
