Quality Policy

We strive to totally satisfy our customer and fulfill our Mission Statement by: Targeting and reducing variation around all of our customers' requirements. Employing continuous improvement methods in eliminating all costs associated with waste.

	Dakota Tube's quality system is compliant with ISO 9001:2000. Our quality department employees are ASQ members and most are certified in their respective jobs.
Our measurement system includes state of the art equipment which includes:
14" bench optical comparator with QC-4000 computer system Non-contact laser inspection stations (with reverse engineering) Operator performed / charted SPC
We use all seven of the quality tools to improve the quality of our customers' products. We use PFMEA developed control plans that are the centerpiece of our process controls.
